Navigo taxis offers a reliable 24/7 taxi service to ensure that we can always be there for our customers. We have also implemented a call-back/text service to inform customers when their taxi has arrived.

All of our operators bring with them customer service experience, and have undergone an internal training programme to ensure that they are best placed to deal with all customer queries. The programme includes developing professional telephone etiquette and knowledge of the local area, as well as becoming proficient in using our in-house systems, to make bookings quicker and easier for our customers.
Our drivers go through extensive training which includes a knowledge test of the area, an additional driving test and are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Our drivers will be happy to provide you with assistance, throughout your journey to ensure you receive the best service possible.
